Koh Mak is a small tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand between Koh Chang and Koh Kood, known for its relaxed atmosphere, quiet beaches and unspoiled character. There are no large towns, shopping centres or busy nightlife districts here. Instead, you’ll find coconut plantations, small restaurants, local villages and roads that never feel busy.

Corsita is a good base for discovering the island at your own pace. Rent a bicycle, motorbike or golf cart, take a kayak, explore the beaches, or simply find somewhere quiet and spend the afternoon.

Things to do

🚲 Explore Koh Mak by Bike

With around 35 km of paved roads and little traffic, Koh Mak is great to explore by bicycle. The island feels almost completely flat on a motorbike — on a bicycle, you may discover otherwise! Nothing too dramatic, though, and there are plenty of reasons to stop along the way.

🥬 Tuesday Market

Every Tuesday, the local market brings together fresh fruit and vegetables, food and everyday goods. A nice opportunity to experience a little of local island life.
